The Troop decided at last night’s meeting that those participating in Saturday’s hike will need to meet at the First Presbyterian Church at 7:15 AM, with a departure time of 7:30 AM. It is expected that the troop will return from the hike by 1:00 PM.

The hike is approximately 5 miles, and the current weather forecast is 50% chance of rain/snow showers. All hikers should be prepared with the necessary rain gear, waterproof hiking boots, wool socks, and dress in layers. Hikers need to bring their own lunch/snacks, and a bottle filled with drinking water – a daypack is recommended.
