A new initiative this year, the 2014 Camp Cards will be handed out to participating scouts at the troop meeting on Wednesday, February 19.
This initiative is designed to help Scouts earn their way to Boy Scout Resident Camp, National High Adventure Activities, purchase new camping equipment, etc.
- Units participating in this program will earn 50% Commission ($2.50) on each $5.00 Camp Card they sell.
- The sale begins in February with card distribution at roundtables and ends at the May roundtables.
- This program is RISK FREE; units pay NOTHING UP FRONT and simply return any unsold / undamaged cards (tabs must be attached) at settlement on or before May 8, 2014.
HARD WORKING SCOUTS DESERVE TO GO TO CAMP!
Scouts will sign an acknowledgement for the number of cards they receive, and promise to return the proceeds of all sold cards and/or all unsold cards to Troop 59. More information about the Camp Card program can be found at http://give.ppbsa.org/campcard/
